New Product Development & Prototyping

Since 2008, Eternus has allocated dedicated infrastructure as well as people resources specifically to to New Product Development and Prototyping. This was a conscious choice considering the dedicated effort and rapid response needed for any new developments - by our clients.

Right from interpreting CAD data to manufacturing masters and molds (CNC Machining - Routing / Rapid Prototyping) to manufacturing the prototype and testing it to validate the design assumptions - we offer the complete spectrum of Advanced Composite Prototyping services.

From a 3D CAD model to a working Physical Prototype Eternus has a very fast turnaround time. We have successfully delivered prototyping projects of about 100 unique composite and complex metallic machined components to clients within 30 to 40 days from receipt of 3D data.
