We take Risks... at times big ones...
We are not afraid to take Risks.
More often than not, we find innovative ways out of the problems we face...
Sometimes we Succeed or
we Learn from our failures... with complete acceptance of our limitations.
And we translate this learning into wisdom for the future... for ourselves as well as our clients.
No wonder - we are a Preferred Partner
in the premier developmental programs be it
defence / aerospace / marine / medical or other mission critical sectors.

Almost all our advanced composite products at the prototyping stage are software simulated to predict their manufacturability using the composite manufacturing process we have chosen. Infact we use Composite Manufacturing Simulation to predict the manufacturability of all critical products we manufacture.

This enables us to choose, design and tweak the composite manufacturing setup optimally - to get the prototype "First Time Right" - from the manufacturing perspective. This also enables us to "understand" the "art" of manufacturing High Performance Composites. Conversion of this "Understanding" into practical improvements in the composite manufacturing and design process is what helps us to constantly be on the cutting edge of Advanced Composite Manufacturing Technology.

We simulate the composite manufacturing process to ensure the following,

a. Uniform and Complete Impregnation of the Composite Laminate

b. Absence of Voids and Dry Patches - Void Free Composite Laminate

c. Optimization of the Impregnation Time (in line with the Resin Gel Times)

d. Predictable Distortion and Spring back post curing

e. Minimize the Draping based Orientation Deviations during Layup

Design to Build Capability
Eternus is a pioneering company - after the Indian Defence - to have end-to-end Design to Build capabilities for High Performance Composites.
Why our customers love us?
Our clients appreciate and retain us for our "innovative, optimal and "cutting-edge" advanced composite design, development and manufacturing solutions to their needs.
Ground up design - no reverse engineering
We design our products using "Composite Design Principles" - optimizing the product for Performance and Weight - and not by reverse engineering them or using "isotropic material" design principles.
